This is a uniquely designed program that offers training in form of seminars, workshops and professional development courses to teachers.  We guide teachers on how to incorporate humane education principles in their classrooms. The program aims at equipping teachers with skills to transform learning and contribute to sustainability. Educating students to address challenges in and with their communities, teaching not only supports acquisition of knowledge but makes education itself sustainable and meaningful.

YASO CLUBS

Young African Solutionaries Clubs are the epitome of our efforts to link theory and practice.  The clubs are designed to model primary and secondary school children to be actively involved in animal welfare and environmental conservation by providing them with an opportunity to learn and practice good welfare at school and in their communities. The young learners are introduced to critical, strategic, systems and creative thinking skills that propel them to become changemakers in their schools and communities.

For the YASO clubs, we have a well-designed resources that offers progression and transition from primary school to secondary school. Our goal is to promote good and healthy interactions, promote kindness and respect towards animals and the environment, promote civic responsibility, build perspective, responsible pet ownership.

 YASO´s monthly publication will highlight activities what the club members from different schools have engaged in through the month.
